Grated processed cheese- 1/2 cup
Chopped onions- 1/2 cup
Grated carrots- 3/4th cup
Turmeric powder- 1/4th tsp
Red chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
Dry mango powder- 1/4th tsp
Jeera powder- 1/2 tsp
Tomato ketchup- 1/4th cup
Dried basil leaves- 1/2 tsp
Oregano – 1/2 tsp
Chilli flakes- 1/2 tsp
Chopped olives- 1 – 11/2 tbsp
Oil- 1tsp
Salt to taste
Oil or butter for greasing the cup cake moulds
Method
Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onions. Sauté till it turns pale.
Now add the grated carrots. Mix well. Add turmeric powder, red chilli, jeera and dry mango powder and salt to taste. Mix well and sauté for few mins.
Add the tomato ketchup and dried basil leaves, mix well and sauté for few seconds.
Remove from the gas and let it cool.
Preheat the oven to 180 deg cel.
Grease the cup cake moulds.
Flatten the bread with a roller.

Cut the bread slice diagonally at the four corners, just half way to the centre. Keep the filling in the middle. Close the filing with each cut part of the bread forming a flower shape and place in the greased cup cake mould.

Make flowers with the remaining slices in the same way and place it in the cup cake mould.

Bake it in the preheated oven for 10 mins.

Garnish the flower cups with oregano, red chilli flakes, olives and tomato ketchup and serve immediately:)
