Paneer Bhurji

Paneer Bhurji is a very popular North Indian dish. It’s a very delicious dish that can be made in a jiffy. Soft crumbled paneer is cooked with onion, tomatoes and spices. It’s a dry dish which can be served along with roti, paratha, bread or dosa.

Few days back, I had made this dish for lunch. It came out really well and all of us at home enjoyed this delicious bhurji with hot ragi phulkas 🙂image
