Litchi in Instant Rabdi

Today morning, I bought some fresh and yummy litchis. I wanted to make litchi milkshake as everyone at home loves litchi milkshake.
When the opened the fridge to take out some milk, I saw few left over milk pedas. Immediately I got this idea of making instant rabdi to serve with the litchis.
It just took 10 mins to make this yummy dessert. It was really very delicious and my family really loved it:)

For Instant Rabdi

Milk peda ( doodh peda ) – 5 nos
Chilled milk – 1 cup
Saffron ( kesar) – a pinch
Litchi – 15-20
Method
To make the instant rabdi

Crumble the pedas and grind it along with 1/4th cup of milk and saffron to a coarse paste.
Mix this well with the remaining milk.
Keep it in the refrigerator till required.

Peel the litchis and remove the seeds.
To serve

Place some litchis in a serving bowl, pour over some instant rabdi and serve it chilled:)

Milk peda or Doodh peda is a very popular North Indian sweet made with khoa or evaporated milk.
